Responsibilities

Lead and execute web analytics implementations, especially with Adobe Tags (Launch)
Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient analytics solutions
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across platforms and environments
Diagnose complex implementation and data-quality issues and proactively develop solutions
Analyze web data to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and communicate findings
Measure results against objectives using various analysis tools
Develop processes for successful experiment development
Optimize tagging and data collection processes
Provide support and troubleshooting for cross-functional business partners
Deliver insightful data and results to client management teams
Stay current with industry trends to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies

Required

7+ years of experience in web development and web analytics
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Data Management, or related fields
Expert proficiency in Adobe Tags (Launch), Adobe Analytics, Web SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics with deep understanding of implementation architecture and measurement frameworks
Advanced front-end development skills including JavaScript, CSS, XHTML, JS Libraries, AJAX, JSON, DOM scripting, XML/XSLT, and W3C DOM methods
Experience with AEP including Real-Time CDP, WebSDK, Edge Network, and integration with Adobe Target, Analytics, and external destinations to enable personalization at scale
Proven experience designing and implementing data models in AEP using XDM schemas, field groups, and profile stitching logic to enable robust ETL workflows & segmentation strategies
Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Tealium
Proven experience managing and leading web analytics projects and teams
Expert problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to understand business problems, develop strategies, and deliver actionable insights
Thought leader in digital marketing data and processes across various media types (web, ad, email, mobile, etc.)
Expert client/team engagement skills: gathering specifications, developing analytical roadmaps, managing expectations, and coordinating delivery
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
