Product Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytical data products supporting Insurance Product teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and measurable business outcomes
Partner closely with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate product and business needs into scalable analytical solutions
Lead product discovery activities to identify user needs, validate assumptions, and prioritize opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights from insurance product analytical end‑users
Develop and manage product backlogs, including epics and user stories, with clear acceptance criteria that reflect analytical use cases and decision‑making workflows
Translate complex data, analytics, and model outputs into clear narratives and executive‑ready insights to support product and leadership decision‑making
Establish success metrics and KPIs to track product performance, adoption, and business impact across insurance product lines
Collaborate with stakeholders on go‑to‑market, enablement, and communication strategies to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage of analytical data products
Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities through automation, self‑service analytics, and advanced data solutions
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytical data products supporting Insurance Product teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and measurable business outcomes
Partner closely with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate product and business needs into scalable analytical solutions
