They are seeking a highly motivated Program Supervisor to lead a team of Program Coordinators, overseeing contract management and fostering partnerships to ensure effective service delivery in areas such as Child Welfare and Aging Services.

Responsibilities

Cultivating a high-performing, safe team environment by actively listening to challenges, asking thoughtful questions to identify root causes, and empowering staff to develop and own solutions
Overseeing the full contract lifecycle, including supporting staff with negotiation, execution, compliance, and subrecipient monitoring across mandated program areas
Serving as the departmental subject matter expert on contract management and resource provision for specialized programs (e.g., Core Services, Area Agency on Aging, Child Care) to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate services
Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with community providers and internal Larimer County departments to streamline service delivery and payment processes
Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures related to contracting, provider compliance, and timely payments to external partners
Analyzing contract utilization and outcome data to inform continuous quality improvement efforts
Acting as a dedicated resource to the team by troubleshooting complex contract and provider issues and advocating for the tools, resources, and support Program Coordinators need to succeed
Supporting the professional growth of Program Coordinators through regular one-on-one meetings, identifying development opportunities, and removing barriers to long-term career success
Representing the department as a subject matter expert at state, regional, and local meetings related to community partnerships and service contracting

Required

Four (4) years experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties
One (1) year of supervisory experience
Possess reliable transportation to be able to work in any County facility as needed and required
Must be at least 16 years of age, or 18 years of age if located at the Jail
