Responsibilities
Set the pace and emotional tone for edits aligned with client goals
Execute music selection, sound design, and basic audio editing
Color correct and lightly grade footage when necessary
Present concepts and work to Director-level creatives
Mentor junior editors and contribute to refining post workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional editing experience
Mastery of editing tools, color workflows, and audio design
Proven ability to lead edits and guide junior teammates
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated creative excellence across a variety of formats
