Technical Operations Engineer
Payscore is a company focused on automating income verification for property managers and lenders. They are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to manage internal tooling, support workflows, and system integrations, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Triage and investigate internal technical support requests or bugs across customer success, onboarding, billing, and product
Working in and supporting applicants and customers in our customer support tools
Build and maintain internal tools using Retool and our Rails backend
Support and extend integrations with Salesforce and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Resman)
Create and maintain automations that reduce manual work for success and operations teams
Write scripts and queries to support data access, reporting, and one-off analyses
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of software engineering or technical support experience
Comfortable writing code (any language — we use Ruby on Rails and React) and learning new platforms and languages
Strong debugging and investigation skills, even in unfamiliar systems
Excellent written communication, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-engineers
Organized and reliable — you don't let things fall through the cracks
Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with Retool or other internal tools platforms
Comfort running queries and writing SQL
Familiarity with Salesforce development or admin tools
Experience working with or supporting customer success or customer support teams
Experience in the property management space
Experience working in IT support or related field
