Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Client validation engineering team to define and implement validation strategies
Review of lifecycle development and validation documents, including but not limited to: User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Design Validation documents, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Traceability Matrix, Development/Characterization Reports, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Validation Reports
Support the change control process in the role of Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) or Quality Engineer (QE)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality, with a focus on validation or equivalent functions
Strong knowledge of validation principles and development of lifecycle documentation
Ability to review and assess technical documentation for compliance and completeness
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Based in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid work option: 2 days remote/week)
Preferred
Experience working in a medical device or regulated environment (ISO, FDA)
Familiarity with change control processes and quality management systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
