Responsibilities
Support the accounting product team in gathering requirements and conducting user research
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance
Help document product specifications and maintain product documentation
Participate in user interviews with property managers and accountants
Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and tracking feature development
Support QA by helping develop test cases and participating in testing
Analyze user feedback and help identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to the product knowledge base and team documentation
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort working with data and technical concepts
Genuine curiosity about how complex systems work
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to B2B/B2B2C or SaaS products
Experience with financial, accounting, or operational software
Familiarity with agile development processes
Understanding of property management or real estate workflows
