Responsibilities

Own and evolve the core app experience that spans across all products - including shared UX (navigation, home screen, notifications), driving personalization and cross-product goals, and ensuring consistency across product verticals
Drive a cohesive UX strategy through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vertical product leaders, aligning on a unified app vision and high-quality execution
Leverage data and insights to optimize user journeys, app engagement, reduce friction, and lead discovery on strategic initiatives like cross-sell and upsell analytical frameworks

Required

Experienced product leader (4–10 years) with a strong track record driving cross-functional, cross-vertical initiatives - especially in regulated, multi-product spaces like fintech
Strategic and user-focused, with deep expertise in mobile UX, design systems, and translating complex business needs into scalable solutions
Data-driven communicator and influencer, skilled in defining KPIs, interpreting data, aligning stakeholders, and building momentum through clear, compelling communication
Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
