This role will strategically manage OKR achievement for the organization, lead program execution methods, and actively facilitate and solve complex problems that hinder organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of product managers to direct cross functional product development activities
Track and deliver progress across a broad portfolio of products
Drive action and organizational focus on key issues
Manage the organizational communication plan
Partner with engineering leaders on active roadmap and portfolio management
Manage the product development process across the organization
Lead your team in the continuous improvement of program management processes
Create and maintain OKR metrics for the entire engineering organization
Qualification
Required
Degree in an Engineering field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of product development experience
5+ years of program management experience across hardware and software programs
3+ years of managing multiple teams, preferably multiple program management teams
Excellent executive level communication skills
Ability to work in a high-stakes, faced paced, and dynamic environment
