Responsibilities
Provide assistance to engineers using OpenBridge Designer to create bridge detail plans and perform minor design work on bridge projects
Contribute to project production sheets by adding dimensions and laying out plans, title and detail sheets on production sets of plans
Implementation TxDOT Bridge Detailing Manual and TxDOT Bridge Standards
Coordinates assignments with project team and supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Be a team player and assist other groups as needed

Qualification
Required
Associate degree from a technical or four-year school
0-3 years of prior experience with structural and/or roadway drafting
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Valid driver's license
A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
Preferred
Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or similar field is preferred
Experience in Open Road Designer is preferred with work experience only
Experience in Autodesk Products is a plus
