Administrative & Creative Coordinator

Do Greater, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Administrative & Creative Coordinator to assist the Founder & CEO during the growth of Sparkhouse Uptown. This role combines executive support with creative content assistance, managing details while contributing to marketing and storytelling efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Draft emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with partners and stakeholders
Organize documents, proposals, and digital files
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed
Assist with invoicing, light bookkeeping, and expense tracking
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action summaries
Maintain CRM/contact databases and partner lists
Assist with Do Greater/Creative Lab social media content creation and scheduling
Capture and organize photos/videos from events and programs
Draft captions, newsletters, and basic marketing copy
Support website updates and digital storytelling efforts
Collaborate on brand materials, presentations, and decks
Help maintain content calendars and campaign timelines
Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Canva, and social scheduling platforms
Support light tech setup for presentations, workshops, and events
Help maintain organized digital systems for files and media

Required

1–3 years administrative, executive assistant, or coordination experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High organizational ability and time management
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
Basic design or social media familiarity (Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in nonprofit, startup, coworking, or creative industries
Photography or basic video editing skills
Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms
Interest in branding, storytelling, or marketing
