Responsibilities
Run daily clean-room manufacturing operations—formulation, batch, and filling / capping
Lead a team of 12 including 3 supervisors and multiple technicians
Stay on the floor, directing production activities and troubleshooting issues in real time
Own documentation, SOP revisions, CAPAs, and quality response efforts
Drive productivity through coaching, accountability, and cross-functional alignment
Collaborate with quality, logistics, and improvement teams to enhance output and compliance
Guide hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts
Contribute to a culture of precision, teamwork, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent of 5+ years of related regulated manufacturing experience is required
7+ years of regulated chemical, pharma, medical device or food manufacturing experience, with 3+ years in an operational leadership role
Strong documentation or quality skills, including SOPs, investigations, and CAPAs
Proven leadership on the floor with hands-on problem-solving ability
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
Ability to build structure in evolving systems with minimal red tape
Preferred
Clean room experience is a plus
