Data Capture Strategic Account Manager, Healthcare

Responsibilities

Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key executive personnel in assigned customer accounts
Develops annual business plans with assigned partners and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure execution to plan
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Execution of strategic or tactical objectives that are assigned as part of the global or regional business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or similar from an accredited University
Fluent English; written and verbal communication
Minimum of 10+ years in strategic sales in a business-to-business sales environment in the Healthcare industry (hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and related)
Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, and driven to achieve a comprehensive set of performance metrics and quantitative measures
Strategic thought leader and trusted business partner to the Customer
Demonstrates an executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with executive level leaders internally and externally
Individual should have experience in some or all of the following areas: barcode scanning, mobile computing, wireless technology (Wi-Fi, WLAN, Bluetooth)
Proven experience working in the Healthcare Industry with both top Tier End Users and Partners
Strong personal identification with Datalogic's culture and values
This position is home based and require travel approximately 50%+ of the time
