Lead end-to-end production for marketing campaigns across trailers, TV spots, social, digital, paid media, and international assets
Build and manage detailed timelines, asset plans, and delivery milestones across cross-functional teams
Own campaign budgets, forecasting, spend tracking, and financial reporting
Partner with creative and post-production teams to prioritize assets and manage workflows
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production and post-production risks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project management within entertainment, media, or creative agencies
Deep experience producing marketing campaigns across video, digital, social, paid, and international formats
Strong understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows for trailers and short-form content
Proven ability to manage large budgets, complex campaigns, and tight timelines
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
