Learning Architect
Advantage Technical is supporting a large, well-known enterprise organization in building out an internal AI enablement and skills program. They are seeking a Learning Architect to design scalable learning experiences that drive real adoption across the business, focusing on learning strategy and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities
Architect learning programs that support large-scale digital transformation
Design learning pathways for both leaders and technical contributors
Build scalable enablement models (cohorts, peer communities, self-serve learning hubs)
Partner cross-functionally with AI stakeholders, L&D, and business leaders
Help create a “pull-based” learning ecosystem where adoption spreads organically
Qualification
Required
Experience designing learning programs tied to enterprise transformation
Strong systems-thinking approach to learning architecture
Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (agentic workflows, low/no-code tools, AI platforms)
Experience building peer learning networks and scalable enablement communities
