Responsibilities
Co-owns the onboarding of new hires, which includes but not limited to orientation presentation & storing employee paperwork
Creates project updates written and/or verbally to team members. Offers suggestions, ideas and key learning’s to further enhance collaborative team environment
Creates or contributes to timelines, schedules and accurate budgets
Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively exemplifying quality customer service with colleagues and clients
Participate in meetings and articulates status in team and client interactions
Understands and provides guidance of the Digitas benefits offered
Stores information accurately according to expectations
Qualification

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred
