They are seeking an Account & Project Management Intern to assist in developing and executing dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, while learning foundational skills in digital marketing.

Responsibilities
You will own key project management functions such as scheduling, scoping, resource management and risk mitigation
You will facilitate projects with your client counterparts and develop client-ready documents such as competitive analyses, SOWs, schedules, briefs, and risk assessments
You will learn your client’s business and be trained in the craft of Marketing, learning how to deliver effective campaigns that meet strategic objectives
You will learn to use the right communication tools at the right time, understand how to communicate effectively and lean into your work with active participation in meetings and on your projects
We will train you in the fundamentals of business financials including forecasting, promoting great margins and managing Digitas operational processes
Participating in internal meetings and providing proper materials and documentation when necessary
Both supporting large initiatives and leading smaller projects independently
Ensuring the many workflows run smoothly, on schedule and on budget
Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same direction
Anticipating the needs of your projects, heading off potential pitfalls
Developing and revising production schedules for creative projects
Removing barriers to success for the team
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
