Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive early‑career hiring strategy that drives business objectives and future talent needs across business lines within US
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for early‑career roles, ensuring consistent, scalable, and compliant hiring practices
Partner with workforce planning teams to forecast hiring demand and align recruiting activities with business growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders regarding early‑career hiring, market insights, and talent pipeline health
In partnership with Recruitment Marketing function, drive talent attraction initiatives, track effectiveness through defined KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact
Provide guidance on selection methodologies, assessment frameworks, and hiring best practices tailored to technical roles
Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, community colleges, technical institutions, and workforce development organizations across the U.S
Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and industry conferences to strengthen employer brand presence
Identify and evaluate new partnerships that expand access to diverse and high‑potential early‑career talent
Collaborate with Early Talent Program Managers to support onboarding, development, and conversion strategies for interns and new graduates
Ensure a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and brand
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs
Leverage data analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies

Required

Over 15 years of experience leading talent acquisition function
At least 10 years focused on Early career, University, or Graduate hiring
Knowledge of U.S. higher education systems, STEM pipelines, and emerging talent development models
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Demonstrated success managing high‑volume or programmatic hiring cycles
Proficiency in data analysis and experience using talent acquisition systems and reporting tools

Preferred

Experience in driving programs focused on employer branding, talent marketing, and/or diversity recruiting strategies
