Responsibilities
Processing and entering new and rescheduled scheduling requests (such as depositions, hearings, and trials) into internal systems
Executing job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Managing direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handling Portal/Hopper requests efficiently
Reviewing requests for missing information, proactively following up with clients, and correcting data entry errors
Responding to internal inquiries, retrieving necessary records, ensuring compliance with data integrity and security protocols, and collaborating across departments
Qualification
Required
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Bring at least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, administrative support, or the legal field (litigation support experience is a plus)
Possess strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are detail-oriented with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize competing tasks effectively
Are reliable, dependable, and adaptable
