Qualification
Required
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of experience in supporting Healthcare Administrative systems
Two or more years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions
Five or more years of experience in Project Management or leading application implementations
Knowledge of PC Administrative applications: Lawson, Kronos, GHX, EPSi or other comparable systems
Disciplined, data-driven approach to decision making
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and think strategically while at the same time being thorough and detail oriented
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage by influence
Strong vendor management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
