Lead Technical Product Manager, Quote-to-Cash

Responsibilities
Own the multiyear roadmap across aftermarket and new truck subscription origination; tie outcomes to customer/dealer experience and commercial goals
Translate customer and business needs into prioritized epics, features, and clear user stories/acceptance criteria
Define commercial constructs (bundles, tiers, renewals, promotions) with Product Management and Finance
Own CPQ catalog structure, attribute models, configuration rules, eligibility, and entitlements for fleet connectivity offerings
Ensure pricing accuracy, discount controls, approvals, and policy/regulatory compliance
Define and enforce service activation prerequisites (CTP health, vehicle registration, in-service date, T&Cs, active subscriptions)
Drive standardization for system audit, data retention, and access controls across Subscription Platform to avoid gaps/contradictions
Lead backlog, sprint ceremonies, and release readiness with engineering and QA; drive defect prevention and fast resolution
Own quality for key subscription creation flows
Own acceptance criteria and validate functionality before release
Coordinate UAT with business users, ensuring real‑world scenarios are tested
Review test plans to ensure coverage of pricing, quoting, contract clauses, order flows, billing rules, and revenue policies
Support go‑live and hyper-care activities
Deliver frictionless quoting and guided selling for customers, fleets, and dealers
Partner with UX, Customer Portal, and Excelerator Parts teams to enable and design intuitive flows for user journeys
Deliver the Customer Portal shop experience (catalog discovery, cart, checkout, payments, invoice access, subscription management, renewals, and self‑service changes)
Own training, documentation, and change management for dealers, internal sales, and support teams
Govern CPQ integrations/APIs; ensure reliability, observability, and change control
Align with enterprise architecture, security/SSO, privacy; manage telemetry entitlements, usage, renewals, and billing data flows
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Own incident triage and root cause analysis for CPQ issues affecting customers, fleets, and dealers
Lead retrospectives and implement improvements in process, tooling, and automation
Serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ roadmap and releases; communicate plans, risks, and impacts to all stakeholders
Facilitate alignment across Product Strategy, New Truck Sales, Engineering, Aftermarket Fleet Services Group, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Support, and IT leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; five years of relevant experience is required
At least two years in software development or IT
Hands-on ownership of a subscription CPQ platform (preferably Salesforce CPQ): catalog/pricing configuration, rules/eligibility, approvals, entitlements, renewals
Strong Agile delivery experience; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; proven history of delivering commercial solutions with software engineering teams
Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate across regions and various levels of internal and external partners
Exceptional technical documentation skills
Working knowledge of connectivity subscription flows and interfaces
Domain familiarity with telematics/fleet connectivity
Strong ability to context switch and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
