Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines and communication routines
Support Finance, Operations and Supply Chain on workflow design for costing and inventory movement within NetSuite
Oversee work completed by an external implementation partner to confirm financial needs are met
Assist with data validation, reconciliations and testing cycles
Track risks, issues, documentation and change requests
Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to leadership
Support training and adoption of new financial processes
Promote strong internal controls and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
NetSuite!
A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
Experience leading Finance driven projects or transformation efforts
Background in cost accounting, inventory accounting or operational finance
Understanding of how process and system changes impact financial reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills
