Responsibilities
Support two Directors on our WW Prime team
Provide strategic partnership and administrative support to senior leaders
Demonstrating strong judgment and ability to work independently with high judgement
Excellence in core administrative responsibilities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management
Driving process improvements
Managing cross-organizational projects
Developing mechanisms to increase operational efficiency
Handle confidential information with discretion
Influence across multiple stakeholder groups
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Anticipate leaders' and organizations' needs
Demonstrate strong business acumen
Drive organizational effectiveness through establishing and maintaining processes/mechanisms
Manage large-scale events and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Build strong relationships at all levels
Qualification
Required
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 4+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience working with large global teams
