Responsibilities
Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Autoamation
Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management (sensitive, protected, export regulations), workflow management, customer deliverables in the project management space
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, data protection
Provide expert guidance on PLM/ETO strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement
Proficiency in Teamcenter and other PLM tools, with a deep understanding of their functionalities
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives
Excellent problem solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value driven solutions that have direct impact to business outcomes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies
Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation
