Loan Servicing Financial Analyst
CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, and they are seeking a Loan Servicing Financial Analyst. This role involves preparing financial analyses, providing customer service to clients, and supporting asset managers in monitoring real estate projects.

Responsibilities
Assists Asset Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance and progress of a transitional real estate project
Provides excellent customer service and problem resolution for client, borrower, sponsor, and internal partners
Support for senior staff in executing the highest performance for a portfolio of multifamily properties to maximize client returns
Conduct research and financial analysis of assigned assets to implement strategic decisions
Review and interpret loan documents, joint venture agreements and other deal documents and monitors compliance in accordance with those documents
Analysis of property level financial statements including operating statements, balance sheets and rent rolls
Conducts research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans, and portfolios
Assists with data compilation for client decisions. Makes presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions
Build and maintain complex financial models to track the performance of transactions from inception through deal exit, that require advanced excel skills and a solid understanding of time value of money principals
Develop ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Upon request, travel to conduct property inspections that may include coordination with client, sponsor, borrower, property manager and/or 3rd party inspector
Review budgets annually and monitor operating statements on a periodic basis, spreading both to industry standards upon receipt and benchmarking to the underwriting projections
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage and effectively prioritize numerous complex transactions and issues
Detail oriented and dedicated to accuracy
Strong MS Excel experience building models, both for tracking performance and forecasting cash flows
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem resolution skills
Exceptional professional writing and verbal communication skills are essential
Advanced understanding of the principles of real estate and finance, including time value of money principals
Ability to perform financial calculations
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business or Real estate, Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
Experience tracking construction projects for capital providers a plus
