Analyst, Data and Analysis Intern
Digitas North America is a Networked Experience Agency focused on creating magnetic experiences for brands. They are seeking a Data and Analysis Intern to support the team in leveraging data-driven insights for strategic growth and to help tell the story behind the data that matters to clients.

Responsibilities
Keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, site, search, email, and/or social campaigns
Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards
Identifying nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business
Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through internal training
Qualification
Required
Passionate about digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity
Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Enjoys data visualization and story telling
Has a natural curiosity for data and meticulous attention to detail
To be considered, candidates will need to submit a YOUnicorn Brief as part of the application. Briefs should be no more than 60 seconds
Preferred
Familiar with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau a plus
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
