Responsibilities
Ensure all paperwork received from retail and auxiliary locations are following audit requirements. Follow-up with SR Accounting Coord and Management as needed
Responsible for Food & Nutrition Month-End Close, processing journal entries, productivity stats, cash/credit reconciliation, invoice accruals
Work with the SR Accounting Coord to create reporting using Excel and Axiom analysis and research such as Cost/Benefit Analysis and Revenue/Expense Trend Analysis. Review Budget Variance Reports for Accuracy and explain variances monthly
Review statements, vendor resolutions. reviewing cash reports from cash room for accuracy. Recording cashier performance for management. Complete cash/credit/badge reconciliation
