Responsibilities
Provide Strategic Legal Counsel: Deliver comprehensive legal advice to fast-moving business teams across finance, people experience, travel, and corporate functions
Negotiate Complex Agreements: Structure, draft, and negotiate sophisticated supply chain, licensing, and commercial contracts
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal, reputational, and commercial risks for emerging business strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts on labor, employment, tax, and corporate compliance matters
Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Corporate law firm and/or in-house legal experience
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-dimensional legal projects
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
