Support Call Coordinator
Computer Information Concepts, Inc. is looking for a Support Call Coordinator who enjoys varied work projects and helping people. This entry-level position involves managing customer support calls and coordinating customer-related activities.

Responsibilities
Answer / Log / Route an average of 25 – 30 Support Calls per day
Coordinate Travel Preparations for Peopleware / Technical Staff including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations
Create Peoplewires for customer communications regarding upcoming training classes and software releases
Assist CIC’s Technical staff with scheduling software releases for customers
Maintain customer contact information in CIC’s systems
Prepare CIC’s standard documentation for customers
Assist behind the scenes with CIC Symposiums and Workshops
Qualification
Required
2-3 Years' Experience with Call Entry and Handling
Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Preferred
Experience in working with K-12 Education software products and/or Governmental / Fund Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Website Management Software
General knowledge of PC's / Networking / Printers
