Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and friendly manner
Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on prospects
Manage Sales Team’s schedules
Contact customers to set up their equipment installation and schedule install crews to the jobs
Ensure all subcontractors are scheduled
Monitor the status and progress of install crews
Check paperwork from completed install jobs on a daily basis
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales/Install Department
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills; and the ability to work well with people
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to learn complementary office systems
