Program Assistant
The University of Southern California is seeking a Program Assistant for the Institute for Ethics and Trust in Computing. The role involves assisting with the running of the institute, including planning events, maintaining the institute's website, and providing administrative support for grant applications.

Keep records of collaborative research sponsored by the institute

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
1 year, Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience
Administrative support services
Preferred
Experience coordinating academic events, workshops, or conferences, including logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodations, catering, and event scheduling
Familiarity with university administrative processes, including budget tracking, reimbursement procedures, and internal funding request or approval workflows
Experience with website maintenance and social media and other public-facing communications
Strong organizational skills and written communication skills
Comfort handling financial information with accuracy and discretion
Interest in or familiarity with ethics, technology policy, and AI governance
