Responsibilities
Lead research-based sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates in AI, Data, and Digital Application Skill Stack
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans
Conduct in-depth candidate research, outreach, and engagement
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics
Manage candidate experience and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring teams to improve sourcing methodologies and processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (8+ years) in technical recruiting, specifically in AI, Data Science, Digital Applications, or related skills
Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of advanced tools and techniques to identify passive candidates
Deep understanding of AI, Data, and Digital Technologies and the talent landscape
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions efficiently
Preferred
Experience with ATS and CRM tools
Knowledge of the latest trends in AI, Data, and Digital Innovation
Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., AIRS, SHRM)
