Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve complex issues in AI models system integration
Identify and resolve accuracy issues in quantized models or any modified models for Hardware implementation
Build diagnostic tools for debugging, performance profiling and data collection
Support Hardware debugging and performance improvement
Debugging/fix existing issues and research alternative, more efficient ways to accomplish the same work
Develop technical relationships with peers and partners
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented software engineering focused on ML/AI runtime optimization, system level model integration and accuracy debug
Passionate about software engineering
Leadership skills to drive sophisticated issues to resolution
Ability to communicate effectively and work optimally with different teams across AMD
Analyze and resolve complex issues in AI models system integration
Identify and resolve accuracy issues in quantized models or any modified models for Hardware implementation
Build diagnostic tools for debugging, performance profiling and data collection
Support Hardware debugging and performance improvement
Debugging/fix existing issues and research alternative, more efficient ways to accomplish the same work
Develop technical relationships with peers and partners
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred
Strong object-oriented programming background, Python and C/C++ preferred
Ability to write high quality code with a keen attention to detail
Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs
Experience with quantized model accuracy debug is a plus
Experience with software development processes and tools such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub) and profilers is a plus
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Motivating leader with good interpersonal skills
