Testing Coordinator- Arts and Sciences
Galen College of Nursing is dedicated to educating and empowering nurses to change lives. The Testing Coordinator for Arts and Sciences will support testing processes and maintain examinations, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with Test Development Specialists for A&S to maintain format, integrity, consistency, and bank archival of A&S exams
Ensures that testing processes comply with the established Galen College of Nursing policies and procedures outlined in the Testing Policy & Procedures
Updates and maintains examinations within Canvas test banks
Coordinates online testing with other departments, as required
Collaborates with Disability Services to set 504 and other required accommodations for students in exam courses
Coordinates meetings between course leads and faculty to review item analyses
Provides administrative support for testing within the department
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree with appropriate technical knowledge or equivalent experience
Minimum one (1) year of experience in higher education required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to take initiative and facilitate the College's efforts to achieve and maintain regional program accreditation
Ability to plan, organize, and perform multiple tasks and responsibilities within established timelines
