Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and administer CA TPX and CA SOLVE environments
Troubleshoot session, connectivity, automation, and performance-related issues
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support
Participate in system upgrades, PTF implementation, and disaster recovery activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and availability
Qualification
Required
CA TPX Session Management
CA SOLVE for z/OS
IBM z/OS
VTAM / SNA
TSO / ISPF
JCL
RACF or equivalent mainframe security tools
SMP/E (basic knowledge)
Exposure to CICS / IMS / DB2
CA NetMaster / CA SYSVIEW
Authorized to work in the USA or Canada
Willingness to participate in on-call support as required
