Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Design and develop custom applications, custom logic, and platform extensions
Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs
Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer , Flow Actions, and Subflows
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other modules as needed)
Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines
Support testing, deployment, and post‑production activities
Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Solid experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
Strong proficiency in Flow Designer and automation workflows
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules (ITSM experience preferred)
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance
