Schedule and conduct annual inspections, including a semi-annual home visit with tenants
Schedule and conduct move-in and move-out inspections
Maintain proper records of all activity, including client concerns and work-orders requested by clients
Qualification
Required
A Valid Oregon Drivers License is required
must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement
