Growth Associate

Serval is an AI platform for IT teams, focused on replacing legacy systems with automation to enhance meaningful work. The Growth Associate will manage inbound and account warming strategies, optimize growth campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive demand and revenue.

Responsibilities

Optimize existing growth campaigns across core channels including LinkedIn, Google SEM, email, and CTV
Expand Serval’s presence in new channels including YouTube, X/Twitter, Meta, direct mail, and other direct-response channels
Launch experiments to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and overall inbound performance
Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Design, Content, and RevOps to ship work that supports broader growth goals
Maintain strong operational hygiene across tools, workflows, and reporting so nothing critical slips

Required

2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or a similar role. OR 3+ years in a fast-paced, data-driven environment such as consulting, product, investment banking, or bizops. Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups is a plus
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn quantitative data and qualitative signals into clear, actionable insights
Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
A creative, problem-solving mindset, able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, solvable pieces
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an instinct for effective messaging and an ability to understand what resonates with customers
A high level of ownership and initiative, proactively digging into performance to identify issues and opportunities without waiting for direction

Preferred

Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, paid ad platforms, or Clay
