$24/hr - $24/hrKelly is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounting & Finance team immediately. This role involves the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner using QuickBooks
Coordinate monthly cash needs, including funding requests and lender draws
Download and review daily bank and credit card transactions
Assign transactions to appropriate accounts and job cost them for accurate reporting
Perform regular reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of company assets and supporting documentation
Track progress payments and maintain vendor compliance records (W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, etc.)
Support project startup and closeout compliance documentation
Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on QuickBooks experience (required)
Prior Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
Ability to work independently as the primary A/P resource
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential financial information
Reliable, dependable, and able to start immediately
