Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and accurately process customer orders
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate resolutions
Document customer interactions correctly and track call types
Maintain service level expectations and uphold Luxottica Customer Service standards
Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and stock availability
Handle inbound phone calls for up to 90% of the assigned shift
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment
Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, confident, and professional speaking voice
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging customer situations
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to navigate information systems and the internet
Preferred
Higher education degree
Previous experience using SAP
Experience in the optical industry and familiarity with industry terminology
Bilingual in French
