Responsibilities

Owning the supply chain side of D365 and making it better
Troubleshooting the hard problems
Cleaning up configurations
Improving processes
Guiding enhancements
Mentoring others
Translating between operations and IT so both sides stay aligned
Leading Level 2 and 3 support
Managing updates and deployments
Working closely with stakeholders across departments
Helping shape how the system evolves over time

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365Supply Chain ManagementLevel 2Level 3 supportSQLLifecycle ServicesAzure DevOpsPower PlatformPower BIFinance module exposureIntegrationsAPI workAzure/cloud experienceMicrosoft certifications

Required

5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar ERP
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, production, warehouse, and logistics processes
Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting experience
Solid SQL and data skills
Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps
Able to work onsite in Houston

Preferred

Power Platform or Power BI
Finance module exposure
Integrations or API work
Azure/cloud experience
Microsoft certifications (MB-330, MB-310, etc.)
