They are seeking a part-time Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and founder.

Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive team and founder
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage executive schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners
Familiarity with office tools including calendar management platforms, document preparation software, and scheduling systems - like ClickUp, Planoly, Excel, and Canva
Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail, ensuring smooth daily operations
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs
