Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day execution and long‑term strategy for AI and Data Science programs, ensuring alignment to TPG objectives
Lead all aspects of program management for AI/DS initiatives, including headcount planning, OpEx and CapEx budgeting, and resource forecasting
Lead transitions from incubation/concept phases to measurable, scalable programs with clear results and clear return on investment
Develop and document processes, methodologies, and standards to drive execution consistency across TPG AI/DS initiatives
Represent AI & DS in cross-functional operations forums, establishing strong partnerships and acting as liaison between technical and business organizations
Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and metrics to track objectives, benchmarks, action items, and progress toward strategic outcomes
Provide clear, data-driven updates to collaborators, including analysis of program health, business impact, risks, and mitigation paths
Drive high‑priority special projects with enterprise-level impact, ensuring organizational alignment and bottom‑line results
Qualification
Required
Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree
10+ years of experience leading sophisticated global programs with proven success in execution and delivery
Hands-on experience managing AI/ML, Data Science, or data‑driven technical programs from concept to deployment
Strong proficiency with program management frameworks, budgeting practices, and dashboarding/analytics tools
Ability to define measurable objectives, develop actionable plans, and partner effectively with cross-functional SMEs and technical teams
Preferred
Strong understanding of HPC environments and software implications related to AI and DS development
Established network across Micron's Technology and Product Groups and familiarity with TPG operating rhythms
Experience developing interpersonal processes, tools, and policies to improve consistency and reduce workload for leaders and managers
