Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end vision and execution of the project management function
Establish and evolve unified workflow standards
Act as a visible operational leader with executive presence
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across campaigns
Serve as the primary operational partner to senior leadership
Lead disciplined budget forecasting and oversight
Improve financial performance through smarter resourcing
Identify and resolve resource conflicts early
Champion the adoption of AI and PM tooling
Provide mentorship and career development for PM talent
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in project management or operations leadership
Prior Director-level (or above) experience required
Proven track record of owning and scaling PM functions
Experience in multi-client agency models, with domestic (US) based clients
Clear POV on modern PM and delivery models
Hands-on experience and enthusiasm around PM tools and AI-enabled solutions
Strong financial, communication, and leadership skills
