Responsibilities
Gain hands-on operational experience through onsite rotations supported by a rigorous training curriculum
Participate in leasing and marketing, financial performance and budgeting, customer service, procurement, collections and evictions, lease-up strategy, and asset management decision-making
Conduct property inspections, capital planning, construction contracting and oversight, vendor onboarding and management
Access a broad network of professionals across the portfolio of businesses, including leaders in investment, technology, operations, and corporate strategy
Follow a structured pathway toward leadership roles within the real estate industry
Qualification
Required

Open to relocating in Texas, Florida or South Carolina based on business needs
Exceptional work ethic, drive, and hunger to learn and grow
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
Ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations
An interest in real estate operations and investment management
Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA
