Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ABA billing (97151, 97153, 97155, 97156)
Submit and follow up on claims
Post payments and resolve denials
Track authorizations and utilization
Support re-authorizations and medical necessity documentation Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TRICARE, and commercial payers
Generate A/R, denial, and utilization reports
Identify revenue leakage and corrective actions
Qualification
Required
2+ years ABA billing/RCM experience
Knowledge of ABA CPT codes
Experience with payer portals and ABA software CentralReach
Preferred
Multi-state ABA experience
TRICARE authorization knowledge
Billing certification preferred
