Responsibilities
Provide project management leadership across the full project lifecycle, including:
Scoping and project initiation
Planning and design
Permit and easement acquisition
Civil and electrical construction
Project close-out
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for cost, schedule, and outcomes
Participate directly in execution activities to ensure successful delivery
Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
Apply project controls to manage budgets and schedules, including:
Forecasting and variance analysis
Performance monitoring
Trend identification and cost forecasting
Resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and manage conflicts across project teams and functional groups
Apply PM core concepts and adapt to organizational processes and portfolio management standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
