Required

Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic leadership
In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor regulations
Proven experience in Employee Relations and expertise in fostering positive workplace environments
Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits programs and development of motivational initiatives
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and implement HR strategies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus
Previous leadership experience in the QSR or food service industry is highly desirable
Quick Service Restaurant experience is a must
