Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day litigation support in plaintiff-side matters, with a preference for insurance-related cases
Manage e-filing in Florida state courts and assist with federal filings as needed
Draft, organize, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation materials
Track billable time accurately and meet annual billing expectations
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members to keep cases moving efficiently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in plaintiff-side work
Strong e-filing experience and familiarity with court procedures
Proven ability to manage deadlines and support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Strong job stability and professional work history
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
Preferred
Prior exposure to insurance litigation (plaintiff side preferred)
