Responsibilities

Build tracking mechanisms to ensure careful and detailed information is both updated and publicly visible as pertains to assigned areas of responsibility
Proactively seek information across all development teams as pertains to assigned area of responsibility to ensure that all team needs are met and documented
Communicate regularly with the Executive Producer, Team Leads, and Production team as pertains to assigned area of responsibility through regular updates and status reports
Coordinate tool evaluations with relevant groups, track all account accesses, and follow-up with relevant groups on progress of these evaluations
Interact with legal on relevant elements as assigned by the Executive Producer

Qualification

Production experienceGame industry familiarityCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsBachelor’s degree

Required

Minimum of 2 years of production experience, optimally in the game industry
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and work prioritization skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or related areas
